We were approached by a local parcel delivery company to improve their current web presence using our Coventry web design services; in order to allow them to accommodate online orders. The bespoke website that has been built allows customers to simply and easily arrange parcel shipments online.

Multiple parcels can be added to one order and the customer can choose from a selection of relevant delivery options for their parcels. There is the ability for customers to sign up to a member account on completion of their first order. This account makes future purchases easier as they can access an address book and a list of all their orders including the status of the orders.

PCN have a large Website Control Centre that backs-up the website. This content management system allows them full editing of the website and allows them to set delivery prices and parameters, manage their customer accounts and edit general website content.
